WHY DO YOU DO CROSSFIT?
I do Crossfit to keep in shape, stay healthy and learn new things.
HOW HAS CROSSFIT AFFECTED YOU?
Crossfit has affected the way I approach obstacles in my life. It has taught me to break things down into easy increments. As I look at a workout, my coaches tell me to make a plan, work that plan and keep moving. I apply that same principle to my life.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK?
I am motivated to keep coming back because I enjoy the atmosphere, the people and the ability to see how I improve with each workout. I am also motivated to come to Crossfit because I get to spend time with my daughter who is also a member.
WHATS YOUR MOTTO?
My motto is one the coaches repeat: Increments. Always Increments. Do the next thing.
WHATS YOUR FAVORITE MOVEMENT OR WORKOUT?
I really like the following equally: wallballs, deadlifts and squats
WHATS YOUR FAVORITE FOOD?
absolute favorite food: Sweet Potato Hash with Eggs. (sweet potato and bacon)
DO YOU HAVE A POWER SONG?
Don't really have ONE power song. Just depends on the workout

I have won two awards in College for Acting: Best Performance - Ensemble Member for Jesus Christ Superstar, and the Grove Bree Holman Award: Non-Theater Major performers who showed exemplery(sp) leadership, dedication and ability -- The best part of this award was that I won the very first one. The award was named for one of my best friends and college frat brothers who died from ARDS. It was created by his mother.
