HOW HAS CROSSFIT EFFECTED YOU?:
I've never felt this great physically. I'm maintaining a healthy weight and body image which always used to be a struggle for me.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK?:
Accomplishing something I never knew I could do with support I never knew existed...whether that be a new skill, PR a lift or WOD or even looking in the mirror and feeling confident in myself. The Kingfield community and coaches are unbeatable.

I'm competitive. Kidding, everyone knows that. I can belch. Kidding again. But actually, I guess I put on a hard exterior to newish people around me...I refer to my soul as black, have a severe case of RBF and make myself not approachable but I'm actually a total softy. Just show me a video of ducklings or baby otters and see what happens.
