WHY DO YOU DO CROSSFIT?:
I Crossfit because the work outs push me physically and mentally. I also love working out with my friends.
HOW HAS CROSSFIT EFFECTED YOU?:
The work outs have gotten my in some of the best shape I've ever been in. And the community at Kingfield has been equally rewarding.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK?:
To always improve. Being able to see improvement is so fun and I celebrate anything from a 5 second to a 5 pound PR.
