Strength - Deadlift

Athletes will have 20 minutes to work up to and complete moderate sets of 4 of the deadlift. The goal is to build on position and technique. DO NOT MAX OUT!

Metcon - EMOM 8:

5 Box jump over (24/20)
5 Ball slams (50/30)

*Complete both movements on the minute.
