Strength - Strict Press

Athletes should complete 3 sets of 5 reps moderate weight.  The goal is a 5# increase from last week or ~RPE 7.  Make sure to control the bar and keep a stable position.

Metcon - AMRAP 7

3 - 6 - 9 - 12 - 15…
Thrusters (75/55)*

Between each set of thrusters, complete 6 Toes-to-bar

*Athletes may increase the weight of their thruster to 95/65 if their coach agrees.
