Strength - Bench Press sets of 6 at RPE 7
Athletes will work for 15 minutes building + completing 3 sets of 6 at RPE 7 or ~2-3 reps left in the tank. The focus of today is tempo and position.
Metcon - PARTNER WORKOUT!!
Athletes will work together as a team and split all of the working reps evenly. They may choose how they want to do that, however they must complete an even amount of work! Weights may be different for the hang cleans, however partners will be responsible for changing plates themselves.

*Athletes should choose a weight that will allow them to complete consistent sets of 3 to 5 reps. If they can complete sets of 10, the weight is too light! Partners do not have to use the same weight.
