Metcon - AMRAP 11 minutes:

7 Deadlifts @ RPE 7*
63 Double unders
9 Banded strict pull ups

*Athletes should choose a weight that they are 100% confident they can complete 7 reps in 2 sets.  During the first few sets they should be able to complete 7 reps, however the last few reps will be challenging.
