  2. In 2-4 sentences, tell us - “why CrossFit?”
    What I tell people is I CrossFit so that I can keep doing what I want with out getting injured aka functional fitness. What is more truthful is that I like to look and feel good in and out of my clothes. I work alone and can be a bit of a loner so I need a tribe. Lastly, CrossFit challenges me to silence the negative talk in my head and accomplish shit that I never thought I could!

  3. What goals are you working on - inside of Kingfield?
    Building myself a stronger more mobile set of shoulders, mastering the double under, HSPU's and being a better student.

  4. In 2-4 sentences, tell us what you’re up to OUTSIDE of Kingfield.
    Well while there is no snow on the ground I am running around trying to organize and beautify every yard in MPLS/St.P and in the winter months I am working on completing the renovation of my current house... which means finishing the new master suite and bathroom.  Aside from that I am trying to spend as much time as I can with my new BF, searching for a new career and learning everything I can about diet, exercise and its effect on Leukemia to see how far and if I can push back my next round of Chemo.

  5. If you had 1 box for all of your things - what would you put in it?
    My golden retriever Kitty, my favorite pair of jeans, a tee shirt, flip flops, beard/mustache oil and something to sketch, write and/or create with. Oh wait and crackers or pretzels I WILL need a carby/salty snack!

  6. What is your spirit animal?
    I want to say Tiger, Bear or Dog but actually Butterfly is more accurate.  My life has had and continues to have many dramatic and transformative events which have changed me in new, unexpected and beautiful ways.
