HSPU: Athletes should incorporate the OPEN standard for movement reps today. Pause 1 second at the top. Also consult your coach if the volume will be too high
PULL UPS: MUST BE DONE IN THE FRONT OF THE RACK!! Athletes should use a band to preserve position if they are not able to complete the required volume without.
