WHY DO YOU DO CROSSFIT?
I started CrossFit because it seemed like the most intense workout system out there. That turned out to be true, but I stayed because of the amazing people I met along the way.
HOW HAS CROSSFIT AFFECTED YOU?
Has my physical strength improved? Sure. It's the mental toughness that CrossFit truly teaches--and it has improved every aspect of my life.
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK?
The coaches and my friends sweating and swearing alongside of me.

I like to pretend that I'm in the movie Speed. If I stop moving then I will f@*king explode and everyone will die.

Bicep curls obviously. I also have a soft spot for rowing.
