Why do you do CrossFit?: I do CrossFit because it is a good way to learn more about myself better both mentally and physically. I needed to be challenged and I feel like I found the right place!
How has CrossFit affected you?: Doing CrossFit helped me a lot to be more self-confident. Although I've done other sports before, I really feel physically stronger, more fit. CrossFit has also balanced both my personal and professional life.
What motivates you to keep coming back?: The quality of the coaches' teaching, but also their sound advice, their kindness and human warmth. I also like to go to CrossFit and socialize, have good conversation with good people.
Do you have a motto? Something you tell yourself when you're fighting through a workout? If so, do you mind sharing it?: Usually, when the workout is getting tough, I just tell myself : "If you give up now working out, you could also give up anything you're doing in your life : SO DON'T GIVE UP!!"
What is your favorite workout or movement?: Snatches and back squats
What is your favorite food?: Any French dishes my grandmother and my mother cook! And cheese obviously.
What's your power song?: Any Michael Jackson, Queen and Prince songs.
Tell us something about you, that we don't already know.: Hard to believe, but I used to have long hair in my 20's and I'm not at all jealous to see all these long-haired coaches at the gym!
What is your spirit animal?: Fox. I like its adaptability and its sense of "camouflage"to fit right in.
