WHY DO YOU DO CROSSFIT?

After playing sports throughout high school and college, I needed a way to stay active and satisfy my competitive edge. CrossFit offered both, plus a community that's been overwhelmingly positive and helpful.

HOW HAS CROSSFIT AFFECTED YOU? 

I am stronger than I ever have been before.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK?

Some days, the desire to get stronger. But on the days where I'm tired or lazy, it's the fact that I have friends there who help keep me accountable.
