HOW HAS CROSSFIT AFFECTED YOU?
Increasingly its allowed me to find a close correlation between my mental and my physical health. It's also taught me to value the small steps to get to the big goal. Who can do Handstand Pushups their first day?
WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK?
My life's mission to be too swole to control. Also its addictive. I want to keep coming back because of the routine and the amazing feeling when you finally get a new movement or lift down. I practically threw a parade when I figured out Double unders
DO YOU HAVE A MOTTO? SOMETHING YOU TELL YOURSELF WHEN YOU'RE FIGHTING THROUGH A WORKOUT? IF SO, DO YOU MIND SHARING IT?
"You're competing against yourself until you're not" but I've revised that recently to "Impress yourself"
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE WORKOUT OR MOVEMENT?
I love back squats cause I crush those, but more recently I've become a fan of Double Unders

Chicken Tenders are my jam. I am a connoisseur. I make them myself with healthy recipes or I buy them for.. less than healthy. I've killed so many chickens I should be put on trial for war crimes.

TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOU THAT WE DON'T ALREADY KNOW:
I nearly died once when I was 9 because I tried to "improve" electricity by threading copper wire through a plug and shoving it into an outlet. Also, the wall was lit on fire. Everyone was super mad, real mad at me.

The Noble Platypus...except not with the whole milk sweat thing. That's super weird.
