WHY DO YOU DO CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is one of my "life medicines." It helps me deal with stress and gives me an outlet to be intense and unfiltered.

HOW HAS CROSSFIT AFFECTED YOU?

It gives me the tangible practice of breaking up big tasks into manageable chunks. 100 burpees? Break it up. Work project? Break it up. I'm also much more level-headed when crossfitting consistently, just ask my boyfriend.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK?

I love feeling badass. I love feeling strong and empowered and accomplished. I also need someone telling me what to do in order to work that hard. The community and coaches at Kingfield are everything to me.
