A bit about: Zach Forschler

WHY DO YOU DO CROSSFIT? 

The people. I know that no matter how my day has gone, I show up at CrossFit Kingfield and I can count on lots of laughing as well as real conversations. I found more friends through Kingfield in the past year than I could have imagined.

HOW HAS CROSSFIT AFFECTED YOU?

CrossFit has helped me take on challenges, set goals, and just keep on going. Whether it's a workout or a project at work, when I set goals for myself the result always turns out for the better.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK?

I never consider leaving. CrossFit Kingfield is a community I could not be without on a daily basis.

DO YOU HAVE A MOTTO? SOMETHING YOU TELL YOURSELF WHEN YOU'RE FIGHTING THROUGH A WORKOUT? IF SO, DO YOU MIND SHARING IT?

I have lost about 60-80 pounds, depending on the day (comfortable 20 pound fluctuation) but kept it off for 5 years now. I always used to tell myself, "Just go." Back then I was saying just go to the gym, now I have to tell myself "Just Go!" when a workout gets tough, I get winded and want to take a break. JUST GO!
