Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes
1st minute: 10 Front rack lunges (115/85)
2nd minute: 10 Shoulder to overhead
3rd minute: 50 Double unders
4th minute: REST
*The same barbell will be used for both the lunges and the S2OH. Lunge steps will be in place and forward, alternating legs.
