4 Hang squat cleans
5 Box jumps (24/20)
6 Thrusters
7 Pull-ups
8 Shoulder to overhead
9 Burpees
10 Deadlifts
11 Wallballs
12 Calorie row

*The same load will be used for each barbell movement.

**The workout proceeds in the same fashion as the song "The 12 Days of Christmas," like so:

Round 1 - 1 HSPU
Round 2 - 1 HSPU + 2 Hang power snatches
Round 3 - 1 HSPU + 2 Hang power snatches + 3 HR pushups

And so on and so forth, completing as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes!
