5 Shoulder to overhead (115/75)
10 Deadlifts
15 Box jumps (24/20)

*The same barbell will be used for both S2OH and DL. Step-ups WILL be allowed. The hip MUST extend fully at the top of each repetition whether the athlete jumps or steps up on the box.
