Every two minutes on the two minutes for 16 minutes, alternate between:

Odd: 15 Thrusters (95/65)

*This workout is written with the intention of allowing for approximately 1 minute of rest after a maximal effort on each round. If you are going all out but are only able to get 30-40 seconds of rest, adjust the distance and/or load accordingly.
