Squat Therapy 2.0: Week 3, Day 1

10 minutes to find a heavy set of:

2 pause + 2 regular Back Squats

- then -

3 x [2 + 2] @ 80%

*There will be a 2 second pause at rock bottom of the first two squats. Keep the focus on maintaining consistent DEPTH for each squat!
