Jerk Complex

Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete 3-4 working sets of the following complex:

1 Push jerk w/a 2 second pause in the dip + 1 Push jerk

WOD

2 Rounds for time

75 Air squats
125 Double unders
55 Russian KB swings (32/24kg)

*There will be a 16 minute time cap on today's metcon.
