Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:

1 Snatch pull (from the floor) + 1 Hang snatch

50 DB snatches, alternating
50 calorie row

*Coaches will help athletes select an appropriate weight for the DB snatches. There will be a 20 minute time cap on today's metcon.
