Pause Cycle: Back Squat 5RM
Athletes will have 10 minutes to establish a
5RM Back Squat with a 2 second pause at rock bottom
- then -
2 x 5 w/pause @ 70-75%
3 Rounds for time
9 Clean & jerks (135/95)
15 Handstand push-ups
*Athletes will have the option to increase the loading to 165/125 with their coach's approval. If this is the case, HSPUs will either be strict or deficit.
There will be a 16 minute time cap on today's metcon.
