Bench Press + Triceps Extension
Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete 3-4 sets of:
8-10 Bench press @ a moderate weight
12-15 Banded triceps extensions w/a pause at full extension
*Movements should be performed as a superset, with no rest between bench & extension. Rest 2 minutes between sets.
Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes, alternate between the following:
1st - 12 Pull-ups
2nd - 9 Box jumps (24/20)
3rd - 6 Deadlifts (245/175)
*Athletes will have the option of completing C2B pull-ups or a 6+6 combination of C2B + regular pull-ups. Deadlift weight should be challenging but all sets should be able to be completed unbroken.
