Pause Cycle: Back Squat 4RM
Athletes will have 10 minutes to establish a daily
4RM Back Squat with a 2 second pause at the bottom of each rep

2 x 4 w/pause @ 70-75%
2 Rounds for time
20 Strict pull-ups*
15 Deadlifts (245/175)
*Scale for strict pull-ups are DB plank rows. Ask a coach to determine what weight you should use for these during your workout.
