Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:
1 Snatch pull + 1 Power snatch
Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes, alternate between:
1st - 10 Handstand push-ups
2nd - 15 Russian KB swings (24/16)
3rd - 50 Double unders
*Athletes will have the option to increase the difficulty of the HSPUs by either increasing reps to 15 or making them strict. Please ask your coach for help in determining what option is best for you.
