Skill: Double Unders
After a general warm-up, athletes will split into groups based on their skill level with double unders.
Level 1 - Athletes will work for 10 minutes with a coach to complete 1-5 double unders
Level 2 - Athletes will work for 10 minutes on completing as many big sets of double unders as possible
Level 3 - Athletes will complete a 10 minute EMOM of:
20-30 Double unders
4 Rounds for time
21 Wallballs (20/14)
15 Overhead squats (75/55)
9 Burpees over the bar
*There will be an 18 minute time cap on today's metcon.
