Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:

1 Snatch pull (from the floor) + 1 Hang power snatch

WOD

11 minute AMRAP

30 Russian KB swings (32/24)
20 Ab mat sit-ups
10 Strict handstand push-ups

*Athletes should discuss with their coach how to approach the HSPUs.
