AMRAP 14: Run + CnJ + WBs

Strength: DB Bench + Triceps extensions

Athletes will have 14 minutes to complete 3-4 sets of:

10-12 DB Bench Press @ moderate
12-15 Banded triceps extensions w/pause

*These should be performed as a superset with minimal rest between movements. Rest as much as needed between sets.

7 Clean & jerks (135/95)
14 Wallballs (20/14)

*Athletes may choose to increase their loading if their coach agrees. Weight will go to 165/135 and WB reps will go to 18.
