3 RFT: Squats, HSPUs, Hang Power Cleans

Double DB High Pull + Overhead Carry

Athletes will have 14 minutes to complete 3 supersets of the following exercises:

10 x Double DB high pull
120ft Single-arm Overhead DB carry


3 Rounds for time

50 Air squats
10 Strict Handstand push-ups
7 Hang power cleans (155/115)

* Athletes will have the choice to increase the difficulty of the HSPUs and the loading of the hang cleans if their coach agrees. HSPUs will add a 3-5” deficit and a kip may be used.  The hang power clean will go to 175/135#.

There will be a 15 minute time cap on today's metcon.
