EMOM 16: Pull-ups, S2OH

Snatch Complex: Tempo DL + Hang Half Snatch

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:

2 Tempo snatch deadlifts + 1 Hang half snatch


Every minute on the minute for 16 minutes, alternate between:

EVEN - 10 Pull-ups
ODD - 10 Thrusters (75/55)

*Athletes will have the option to add intensity by increasing thruster load to 95/65 if their coach agrees.
