Clean Complex

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:

2 Tempo clean deadlifts w/o extension + 1 Hang half clean

WOD

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes:

Min 1 - 9 Thrusters
Min 2 - 8 Power cleans
Min 3 - 7 Sumo deadlift high pulls

*Barbell weight will be 95/65 for all three movements. Athletes may increase intensity by loading to 115/85 if their coach agrees.
