3 RFT: HRPU, Box jumps, DB Thrusters

Double DB High Pull + Overhead Carry

Athletes will have 14 minutes to complete 3 supersets of the following exercises:

10 x Double DB high pull
120ft Single-arm Overhead DB carry


3 Rounds for time

21 Hand-release push-ups + 2 sec pause at the top
18 Box jumps (24/20)
15 DB thrusters

*DB thruster weight should be moderate to heavy.

There will be a 14 minute time cap on today's metcon.
