EMOM 18: Pull-ups, Wallballs, RKB swings

Snatch complex: Deadlift + Snatch

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:

1 Snatch deadlift + 1 Snatch (from the floor)

WOD

From minute 0 - 8, alternate between:

EVEN - 7-10 Strict pull-ups
ODD - 14 Russian KB swings (24/16 kg)

From minute 8 - 18, alternate between:

EVEN - 21 Wallballs (20/14)
ODD - 14 Russian KB swings (24/16 kg)

*Athletes will have the option to increase loading on the KB swing if their coach agrees. Load will go to 32/24 kg.
