Clean Complex: Deadlift + Clean
Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:
1 clean deadlift + 1 clean (from the floor)
150 Wallballs (20/14)
Every 25 wallballs, complete:
7 Deadlifts (225/115)
12 Burpees over the bar
*There will be a 16 minute time cap on today's metcon.
