Engine Test: Row + Thrusters

Snatch Complex

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:

2 Snatch deadlifts + Half snatch 

The focus of the complex is a strong starting position which will allow athletes to use their legs when pulling the bar off the floor.
