Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:
1 Tempo clean deadlift (w/o extension) + 1 Clean
Alternating full rounds with a partner, both complete the following ladder:
24 - 20 - 16 - 12 - 8 - 4
Single-arm DB Front squats*
3 HSPUs before tagging your partner in
*Athletes will perform half of the reps on each arm (i.e. 24 squats = 12 holding DB in left hand, 12 in the right) and then 3 HSPUs BEFORE tagging their partner in. BOTH partners must complete each set (i.e. both do 24, both do 20, etc.). Weight should be moderate.
There will be a 20 minute time cap on today's metcon.
