Athletes will have 12 minutes to work up to and complete:
3 x 10/leg single-leg Deadlifts @ light to moderate weight
4 Rounds for time:
5 Power cleans (165/125)
7 Handstand push-ups

*Athletes will have the option to increase their loading to 185/135 if their coach agrees. HSPUs will then become strict or deficit. There will be a 20 minute time cap on today's metcon.
