"12 Days of Christmas" 2016 Edition

For time:

1 Strict pull-up
2 Push presses
3 Snatches
4 Box jumps
5 Deadlifts
6 Cleans
7 Jerks
8 Russin KB swings
9 Back squats
10 Burpees
11 Wallballs
12 Thrusters

*The workout is performed in the following manner:

Complete 1 strict pull-up. Then complete 1 strict pull-up (you may NOT do two in a row!) and 2 push presses. Then complete 1 strict pull-up + 2 push presses + 3 snatches. Etc. Etc.

Athletes will have the option to use 115/85 or 95/65 for their barbell loading.

*There will be a 25 minute time cap on today's metcon! Merry Christmas, y'all!
