FS/BS Cycle: 3 x 3/6
Athletes will have 14 minutes to work up to and complete:
3 x [3 Front squats + 6 Back squats] @ 75% 1RM Front squat
Every minute on the minute for 14 minutes, alternate between:
EVEN - 8 Push jerks (135/95)
ODD - 8 Burpee box jump overs (24/20)
*Athletes will have the option to increase loading to 165/125 if their coach agrees.
