Squat Therapy 2.0 - Week 5, Day 2

Athletes will have 10 minutes to find a heavy single of the following:

2 pause + 3 regular Front Squats

- then -
3 x [2 + 3] @ 80%

*Compare to 160120. Keep the focus on DEPTH, specifically consistent back angle and bottom position on each rep.

WOD

1) 2:00 to complete 8 Squat Clean Thrusters (115/75)

REST 1:00

2) 2:00 to Complete 10 Squat Clean Thrusters

REST 1:00

3) 2:00 to Complete 12 Squat Clean Thrusters

REST 1:00

4) 2:00 to complete 14 Squat Clean Thrusters

REST 1:00

5) 2:00 to complete 16 Squat Clean Thrusters

*There is a 14 minute time cap.

(During your "work" period, do the required number of reps then rest the remainder of the 2 minutes AND the 1 minute following i.e. if 8 squat clean thrusters takes me 0:30 seconds, I get to rest the remaining 1:30 AND the 1:00 break. Use your rest wisely.)
