Four Little AMRAPs

DB Rows + Farmer's Carries

Athletes will have 15 minutes to complete:

4 x 10/arm DB Rows, as heavy as possible

Between sets (after doing a set of 10 on each arm), complete a 40m Farmer's carry.

*You may use the DBs you used for the Rows or you may go heavier if you choose.

WOD

4 minute AMRAP

10 Air squats
5 DB Hang power cleans (55/35)
10 Knees to elbows

*Rest 1 minute and repeat for 3 TOTAL rounds.
