Clean Complex: Power + Squat
Athletes will have 12 minutes to work up to a heavy single of the following:
1 Power clean + 1 Squat clean
- then -
3 x [1 + 1] @ 80%
10 rounds for time, alternating with a partner:
20 Plate OH walking lunges (10/leg, 45/25)
*If you'd rather ride solo in this workout, rest whatever time it takes you to complete the work and only do 5 rounds. If you're crazy and riding solo, you could do this instead as a 12 minute AMRAP!
