Squat Therapy 2.0 - Week 7, Day 1
Athletes will have 12 minutes to find a heavy single of:
2 pause + 1 regular Back Squat
- then -
2 x [2 + 1] @ 80%
*This is the last week of these double pauses. Next week we will work to heavy triples again to compare to Week 4 of this cycle.
*Keep your focus on depth and consistent back angle throughout each repetition

30 Double unders
3 - 6 - 9 - 12 - 15... Wallballs (20/14)
*Continue adding 3 reps per round you complete to your wallballs until time runs out. Try to go unbroken as long as possible!
