Squat Therapy 2.0 - Week 7, Day 2

Athletes will have 12 minutes to find a heavy single of:

2 pause + 1 regular Front Squat

2 x [2 + 1] @ 80%

*This is the last climb in this squat cycle. Next week, we will find heavy triples again that you can compare to Week 4 of this cycle.

*Keep your focus on each repetition on depth and consistent back angle.

WOD

3 rounds for time:

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Air squats

*Rest exactly 3 minutes between rounds.

*22 minute time cap!
