WOD

5 rounds for time:

35 Double unders
30 Air squats
25 Thrusters (75/55)
20 Handstand push-ups
15 Pull-ups

*Alternate activities with your partner i.e. P1 starts & completes 35 DUs, then P2 starts & completes 30 air squats, then P1 starts & completes 25 thrusters, etc.

This means that each round of the workout will alternate.

*25 minute time cap!
