Deadlift

Athlete will have 12 minutes to find a 5 RM Deadlift (no pause!)

*There will be NO downsets.

WOD

For time with a partner, split reps however you see fit to complete:

200 Double unders
80 KB swings (24/16)
80 Overhead squats (115/75)
80 Ab mat sit-ups
200 Double unders

*There will be a 20 minute time cap.
