Front Squat Volume Cycle - Week 1, Day 2
Athletes will have 15 minutes to work up to and complete:
4 x 5 Front Squats @ 70%
10 minute AMRAP:
40 Double unders
3 Squat clean & jerks (135/95)
*Cleans must be squatted. If receiving the clean in the squat is challenging, power clean the rep and squat it before moving onto the jerk.
