Front Squat Volume Cycle - Week 2, Day 1
Athletes will have 16 minutes to work up to and complete:
4 x 5 Front Squats @ 5-10# heavier than last week's sets
*If you did not Front Squat on Friday last week, perform your sets at 70% of your 1RM Front Squat. This should be a moderate weight.
9 - 15 - 21
Overhead squats (95/65)
*Complete 50 double unders after each set of OHS.
*There will be a 10 minute time cap.
