Power Snatch EMOM - 3 TnG reps

Athletes will have 7 minutes to work to a moderate weight power snatch (60-65%)

5 minute EMOM
3 TnG Power snatches

*Reps must be TnG in the EMOM. Scale the weight to achieve this. Focus on clean movement - keep the bar close!


5 rounds for time:

15 Wallballs (20/14)
12 DB snatches (65/45)
9 Box jumps (30/24)

*Snatches should alternate arms each repetition.

*15 minute time cap!
